Wrong email address on Netflix

Hi everyone. I have activated my Netflix on Sky stream, however, I typed a wrong email address. I have gieza12@gmail (just an example), but the profile on my stream doesn't have the 12 on my email address. Now I cannot access it anywhere else. Who do I call for this? I tried Netflix help but they forwarded me to Sky. Anyone who experienced the same problem? TIA

You will need to contact Netflix again and hope to get through to someone useful. Sky don't have any access to your Netflix account, if you have linked your Sky account to the wrong Netflix account then only Netflix can perform the unlinking ( this is because the linking is a change of the billing of the Netflix account, which only Netflix customer services would have access to).

I called Netflix, they forwarded me to Sky again. This is giving me a headache. I'm cancelling this subscription instead. Thank you for your reply
