Box not powering on

We have had two Stream pucks for about 6 months now, and during that time, we have had many occasions where we come to use the unit after it has been on standby for a while, and the remote does not switch it back on. It affects both units (my mum occasionally experiences the same issue on hers), and I would say that on average, we encounter the issue about once every week, after which we have to power off the puck to get it working again. For both pucks I have gone through factory resets, but it seems to make no difference. Any suggestions?

Change your pucks to the following recommended setting, set in Settings>
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.

After you have made this change do a settings restart, this restart will ensure the option is set correctly

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Re: Box not powering on

I so wish my Sky Q box hadn't failed, which led me to move to Stream.

Multiple times per week, my two Pucks stop responding, always after they have gone into sleep mode. They then just don't respond to the remote until they have been powered off and on, and will then work ok. I have tried different standby-related settings, and that has made no difference.

A lot of the time now I just watch what I can on the Firestick as I just can't rely on Stream.
