Won't switch off multiroom
Morning start up, chose BBC1 and it came up "You need Multi-room to view this". Puck will not respond to home button.

Re: Won't switch off multiroom
Can you confirm you have Sky Stream? Or Sky Q? To use multiple pucks you need Whole Home TV package. Sky Q has multi screen. Also to confirm do you have multiple pucks? If so you have whole home?
If you are using a puck give it a reboot by turning it off at the wall for a few minutes and powering it back on.
