I just set up a replacement sky puc and I seem to have selected to hear a woman telling me what channel I just selected and what the program is about. How do I turn this off please?

Hi @Tony1902 . Go to settings > accessibility and make sure audio description turned off.

Edit - meant to say turn off Voice guidance.

My apologies I just told Sky to turn off voice guidence using my remote 🙂
