Will live sky sports on stream play from start half way through?

What the title says, essentially I am looking to get a sky sports package.

Either the rolling standard (£30 a month) or the F1 package (£20 a month) for a short while.
However, I know I won't be able to watch live on some of the F1 races. 
so I would like to start them from the beginning when part way through. 
only issue is that I don't know if on either package using sky stream if that will allow me to do that?

@Myloceratops I believe that when you turn the Sky Sports F1 channel on mid race it gives you the option to watch from start.

I have put F1 in my playlist and have been able to watch practice sessions from the beginning after they've started from there.

Ah amazing, I presume getting the F1 package will still allow me to do this!
