@Paulmroebuck  There is no Engineer support for Sky Stream, if you need a booster you will need to call Sky.

Unless you've had a whatsapp message from Sky offering an engineer through their trial you won't be able to book one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Wifi and puck

@Paulmroebuck  Welcome to the forum.  We are just customers like yourself but try to help where we can.  To arrange an engineer visit you would have to contact Sky directly.  However before you do that there are some things you can try yourself.
Firstly is your router connected to your puc via an Ethernet cable?  If not then your router must have a clear line of sight to your puck., so move any objects/furniture out of the way.  Also check neither your puck or router has other object very close to them, and that your router is not near glass such as a window sill or near a mirror.  All these can effect your connection.   If after trying that and you are still having problems then message back with exactly how you are set up and as much detail as possible and there are several on here that may be able to help further.  I hope that helps.
