WiFi streaming box

We have sky internet and streaming box. We have problems with all streaming freezing and rebuffing when out living room door is closed. How do we request a WiFi booster

@Lizzee  So you have a Sky Stream puck, not a wifi streaming box>

 

Where is the hub located, is it high up or hidden behind something such as a TV? or low down on the ground?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

yes, it's at the front door up on a shelf nothing blocking it. 

sky fitted it for me.
