Had sky broadband and tv now for about 8 months. We have had problems with tv buffering (freezing and circle appearing for several minutes interrupting viewing, happens mainly on Netflix and sky channels. Some sky programs just end and a message comes up saying there is a problem. We have lost many films , programs on sky due to it just freezing. Also phone internet calls drop. Just end . Skype calls can just end and we loose connection.
