It's like AI from the 70s. It's artificial, sure, but there's no intelligence to it.
Example, when it asked what I wanted help with I entered ' change my pin' - I had set up my puck with the pin the suggested, the last four of my phone number and it was fine but then when I wanted to change some settings it wouldn't let me.
To be fair, it was an easy fix, just had to restart the puck and everything ok. Wasted over an hour talking to sky tech support trying to fix it, the last I was speaking to was trying her hardest but at no point suggested rebooting the device, that was me.
Today I asked it 'how to change the standby timeout on sky stream box' and it kept saying 'Oops, there's been an error'.
Really feel sky should be doing better.
