My sky stream is constantly freezing saying "technical fault" or "programme loading" it also keeps saying there is bad Internet connection when my Internet is working just fine. Why is this happening please help?

Find out more@EllaJale123 How are you connected to the internet is it wifi or Ethernet?Also powering off your device and removing the plug from the wall for a few minutes,can sometimes help fix some issues.if this doesn't work launch the Netflix app scroll down to get help and run a network connection test this will give you the speed your device is recieving
