Why do programs tagged “series added” not appear in playlist?
For the second week in a row, the early Monday morning NFL game has not appeared in my Playlist despite being tagged as "Series Added". The games on Sunday evening are in the playlist. Is there some reason for this that I am not aware of or is it simply another one of the many glitches of Sky Stream?

Re: Why do programs tagged “series added” not appear in playlist?
And another example. Early morning 11 November - NFL game. Check the program listing - it is tagged "Series Added". To double check, I go to the playlist for NFL and look at the upcoming events list and the game is listed on there. Of course, wake up in the morning and the game isn't in the playlist having been "recorded". No sign of it, nothing in any on demand area, check all the back doors....nothing.
can someone at Sky explain why this is the case - is there a rights issue which means not all ga,es are available? If so, why can't that be explained rather than showing it as "Series Added"? Can 8 have some answers other than switch off at the wall, reset the box...tried all those...they never work.
