Whole home

Hi

I have recently purchased sky glass and full package including whole home. My internet has been fitted today with 1 puck pack in the master bedroom. If I have purchased whole home then how does the rest of the family watch sky in their bedrooms?

@kerryHebbron  Each additional TV that does't have a puck will need one.  You can have up to 3 TV's & 6 Pucks under the one Whole Home sub

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

While Sky knows many things about its customers, how many bedrooms we all have isn't one of them ; )

'Whole Home' is a marketing label rather than a promise, and while the subscription covers all the devices, as @GD1 indicates, there's a non-refundable up-front fee for each loaned puck.

You have to pay for each additional pick. So for any additional picks you order it's a £39.95 fee. For this fee you get a lifetime warranty on the puck as Sky will replace it free of charge should you have any issues. Although it should be noted unlike a Sky glass where you purchase the TV, the pucks are only loaned to you by Sky.
