Whole home required
My sky puck is stuck on the whole home required page and won't go to tv list or any apps !?

Switch off your Sky Stream puck at the mains and then switch it back on again. There’s no need to unplug it

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely doing the recovery procedure on step 4.

No doesn't work , nothing wrong with power source or remote just stuck on the whole home required screen , I can open up settings

Do you have more than one puck? Do you have whole home?
Is the puck showing as the primary device on your account?

Did you complete the recovery procedure?
That should refresh a stuck issue like this.
If, you did complete the recovery procedure and your Puck is still getting stuck on Home Screen, best to give Sky a call for further diagnosis.
