Whole Home Feature

I recently purchased Whole Home and when I got another puck I connected this up to my other TV. However, I can't get it working - when I try to get onto Sky it asks for my PIN which should be the last 4 digits of my number but then it doesn't accept that. Then I tried resetting the PIN and to do so it asked for the last four digits of my payment method and when I input that it says it's wrong as well (even though I know it's right). I've been going round in circles with this and can't get in contact with anyone from Sky which is infuriating. I've tried turning the puck off and turning it back on again as per the guidance from the virtual assistant but to no avail. I've been paying for this for a few months but haven't been able to use it and I need this resolved asap. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try the following 

 

when you get to the pin request screen pull the plug without entering a pin 

 

plug it back in and start up again and this time the setup should skip the pin entry screen
