Hi there!
Haven't had this problem before today, my partner was watching his show when all of a sudden the picture froze.
The whole sky puck stopped working. No response when trying to turn it off with the remote so we had to unplug the power cable.
Did this for 30 seconds and now notice the app Crunchyroll constantly freezing that it's loading.
Which is once again something that hasn't happend before.
What is our next step? The internet connection is working great so that seems to have no issue
