Where to put activation code for sky stream

Where do I put in the activation code? I can't find it when I follow the link.

It's www.sky.com/activate - you need to log on with the account / email you purchased Stream / Glass with.

I seem to be having the same issue as many others. Asked to enter an activation code, follow the link, get an 'Oops there's a problem' message. I called Sky and they advised accounts should be activated automatically without having to enter in an activation code and that this is a 'known problem'. A support ticket was raised and I was meant to be hearing back from Sky within 72 hours (which is today). Fingers crossed the problem gets rectified.
