Hello, I called Sky yesterday and enquired about ending my Sky Stream without any early termination charges and thankfully they were able to do so, I have roughly £18 to pay in November and about £2 in December however it officially ends on the 24/11/24.
I was told Sky would send out a package towards the end of the November so I can ship it back to them but is there anything I need to do befote hand? Do I need to factory reset it or something? Any help or advice is appreciated.

There is no need to factory rest a puck, but no harm in doing so for your piece of mind.
One important thing, is to make sure you keep safe your return of posting receipt and even take a photo of it as a copy.
If for any reason at a later date Sky come back on your return with any delay or problem, just come back here and we will escalate to the Sky Community messaging team to sort out for you.
