Website not allowing linking account

When I try and link my sky stream with my account the activate part of sky says ooops there's been a problem.

Couple of things to try:

 

  • Make sure you are logged-in to your Sky account in your browser before accessing the activate url.
  • Try clearing your browser cookies and cache
  • Try in a different browser
  • Make sure any VPNS you may have running are disabled as well, as VPNs will cause an issue when activating.
