We have internet got broadband but it not conceting the box is not working

Strem box is not getting  signal from router  .switch  it off and reset loads of times still not working  .

Do other devices connect to the router ?

 

How far is the puck from the router ?

 

Is the router set to transmit on both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands ?

 

Is WiFi enabled on the puck ?
