Watch from the start not always there

Past few nights I've been watching big brother...I know sad ..anyway I leave it till about 20 past 9 to click watch from start so I can fast forward the adverts ...only last night there was no option and I missed half  .is this a reacuring issue ? ....normally I would record it but apparently there is no need for that with stream 😅

It's normally there but can sometimes be a while to pop up

 

if it doesn't pop up then pressing the main select button on the remote to bring up the banner which includes the watch from start button works for me 

 

failing that pulling the plug for a few minutes at some point should solve it 

 

if not then the meta data of the programme is not right - you can report this via email to skyviewerR@sky.uk

Watch from the start can be hit and miss.

Same for me, trying to watch on virgin media 2 and the watch from start option is not there. Very frustrating as it's then not available to watch till the next day.

Also emailed that skyviewerR@sky.uk address but it doesn't exist

@ggunning You have the email address wrong it is: viewerR@sky.uk  I assure you it exists as I have reported a number of things there in the past.  Initially you will get an automated response which will then be followed up by a personal reply a couple of days later.
