‘Watch from start’ on SSNFL goes to SSMain Event

I wanted to watch the Commanders v Ravens game that had already started so I selected the 'watch from start' option. 
The issue is that the game was on 2 channels. full game on NFL channel and first half only on main event which was then switching to show the Darts. 
When I select watch from start it takes me to the start of the game but on the main event channel meaning I can only watch the first half. There was no way to watch from start on the NFL channel. 
Even being on the NFL channel watching the 4th quarter and selecting watch from start took me to the main event feed which was showing only  half the game. 
this must be a fault unless I'm missing something?
