Watch from start fast forward issue once broadcast has ended

As an experiment, I have just tried re-watching yesterday morning's F1 qualifying.  I fast forwarded through each program section  and watched the adverts inbetween as I don't have ad skipping.  This time there were no problems.  The only difference between watching it now and yesterday, when it kept jumping back to the beginning at the end of each set of adverts, is that yesterday I started watching the program about an hour before the live program had finished.  My set up is a Sky Puck at build QS035 and no ad skipping.

I had the same problem watching the F1 while the live program was on.  I also found fast forward would not work after it skipped back to the start. I had to go to a different show, pick up the live f1 show again (which gave me the result) then skip to start and then fast forward worked to return to where I was. The whole point of watching sport on the playlist is so you don't see the result. I'm not sure when I signed up for a paid for service which does its best to spoil the result before you watched the event. Is this a reason for a refund?

Yes I have issues with the new update too. I pay for ad skipping and yesterday watching something from the start half way through it would not do anything fast forward or rewind so I had to come out of the programme and click watch from the start again and it did it in the same place. It is a mess and can confirm this update STILL has issues. I am calling sky and going to cancel now. I have waited too long.

@Jeremy+Shaw @Yes I will always go into my playlist if I'm looking to watch f1 qualifying or practice  and play it back from there because if the danger of seeing the results 

Because it was Japan last weekend it was a few hours after the  sessions had finished before I went looking so I did find them all easily and could fast forward trough the stream with no issues

still doesn't address the 'watch from the start' issues I know

It looks like this exact issue, when you try and fast forward on a delayed viewing once the broadcast has ended and it resets back to the start, is back again.

On my stream puck it seemed to be fixed when QS035 was rolled out, however i've noticed it happening a couple of times over the past few weeks ( which may correlate to my puck updating to QS036).

@MarkGoldsmith   Like yourself I thought the problem had gone away.  I am on QS036.021 and have been for quite a long time now I doubled checked this morning and still on that.  Yet last night I had the Speedway on TNT added to my Playlist and after about an hour after it started I began to watch from the begining and when the adverts came on I fast forward with no problem then after the broadcast had ended every time I fast forwarded it went back to the start and had the faff of trying to find where I had got to, made all the more difficult because if I misjudged it and needed to fast forward a bit more it sent me back to the start.  We have a second puck in the bedroom and tried it on that but the issue was on that as well.

I should add we have not changed any settings or moved our equipment and the Wi-Fi is as strong as ever.  I thought this problem had been solved so why has it returned, does anyone know?

Yeah i've seen it a couple of times on different Sky Sports programming over the past couple of weeks.

From what I've experienced, it seems to be intermittent.
