Waiting for your programme to load.
Hiya, any chance you can fix this annoying issue? 98% of the time I fast forward a show through the ads to a point that's 2-3 mins later the screen goes dark. If I then try and rewind or move to any other point in the programme after some time I'll get a message which says 'waiting for your programme to load'. It never loads. If I try and then watch a completely different show on demand I get the same message. The only way to fix this is pull the cable out the back and start again. What the hell is the point in paying 5 quid a month for ad skipping if everytime you use it, it crashes the device. My internet speed is not the issue here before you suggest that one. Sort it out **bleep**!

Re: Waiting for your programme to load.
Your only telling other customers as this is a customer helps customer fourm. Have you reported your issue to Sky. I use ad skipping daily with no issues. Is it a specific app or specific content you are having issues with? More information will help narrow it down and assist the community in helping you.
