Volume very quiet sky stream puck

Hi, 

I received a sky Puck today and is all set up. However I have to turn the volume up extremely high just to get to normal sound levels. If I then switch back to the firestick, it is way too loud. 

Do sky compress their sound a lot?

Same here. 

Switch source and the volume blows your head off!

Very annoying..

This is one problem I've never experienced the volume is stable across all connected devices including Stream.

I'm using a Sonis arc sound bar, not sure if it doesn't pass the sound through very well?

I'm using Optical / HDMI ARC out from an LG TV to a Samsung sound bar..

I have similar set up via Sonos.
