Voice Search Getting Worse?

It stops working completely at least once a week, you hold down the mic button and it doesn't respnd to voice just continues to say 'what would you like to do?' then eventually 'I didn't catch that'.  Restart doesn't work so it needs to be turned off at the mains for 15 seconds then turned on again.

My voice control keeps glitching out. Usually I can restore it by pressing 1 & 3 for a few seconds and re-setting the remote. However today I had to completely re-set the puck. Why does it keep droping out?

Nearly 1 year since I made this post and the issue still persists in fact I'd almost say it's gotten worse. No joke at all, the only time it works is if I speak in an American accent. It started off as a joke with me and the wife doing silly accents but now the voice control will only listen to an American accent. God I wish I was joking.
