Voice Control not working with either puck or remote
Is Sky having a general problem with the voice control feature? Can't get either of our Stream pucks to work with either remote. They worked fine up until about 18.00hrs today. Tried all the "work arounds" including trying to re-pair the remotes and restarting the pucks. Have to say I'm not very impressed with Sky Stream as a brand new user of only two weeks. Oh and our broadband is fast, supplied by Sky too, so don't suggest "its probably your broadband supplier".

All 3 of my remotes are work fine voice control on and on the two sky glass tvs are all working

Sounds like you have tried the obvious, restarting and repairing.
Plus, make sure when repair8ng your remotes, you do
- Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
- Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
When you mention restarting, is that trying the settings restart within the puck menus.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
If that does not solve your issue, do a restart of your broadband router.
Then do another restart of each puck from the settings.

I have had thid issue for a week or two, go through all the fixes they usually fix the issue. But, I lose the voice control capability every few days, I think there is an issue with the Puck or the firmware.

Disvovered another fix for this issue; leave it alone and when you turn your puck on the next morning voice control works again!

@MegMyDog I'm not sure why but this issue seems to have been more prevelant on my setup over the last couple of weeks but I find a simple reboot my puck gets the voice control working again. This procedure will most often clear software glitches.
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

That may then have been some kind of temporary connection glitch, that maybe overnight got fixed or changed.
As above, if you hit an issue, it's no harm in doing a restart of the puck, easily done from settings. It often mostly solves any temporary connection or similar glitches.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
