Very poor Sky tv
I have had Sky streaming for a few months now and it is awful. Far too many issues to list. Cannot wait till the end of my contract to switch to another provider. Day after day of poor picture, no picture, no sound, poor scrolling and on the issues go. If I can summon up the strength to call Sky today I will do so even if just to confirm the date I can move provider

Re: Very poor Sky tv
You have posted on the Broadband board but only mention TV related issues. Which Sky TV platform do you have and why do you think it's a broadband issue?

Re: Very poor Sky tv
@Daniel0210 Sky TV stream not working. Says no WiFi. When checking network connection, it says there's seems to be a problem with broadband. From forum chats this is a big issue but Sky app only says issue with mobile data and calls. I've had the network issue and no TV for 24hours.

That doesn't rule out a separate issue affecting your particular internet connection.

Re: Very poor Sky tv
Good point re my post. Broadband and WiFi seem to all be working well. The streaming is my problem. I will look to post where the challenges are the streaming service

They all sound like an issue with a wifi connection the the Stream box rather than an issue with the box itself.
Is the Stream box and the internet hub close enough to wire together with an ethernet cable?
You can move provider at any time a long as you're willing to pay the ETCs if still in minimum term contract. They last 24 months from whenever you signed up, the end date will be on your Sky billing page.
