Verification code not working on Sky TV puck

Hi,

 

I got my Sky TV puck back on 24th of December, together with Braodband. Broadband is working fine but can't set up TV puck. Going through set up process and aparentlly recongises my account but it's accutally not me. When I press "That's not me" option it gives me verification code. When I put verfification code on activation link nothing is happening. Screen stays same and ther are no activity on My Sky account. I tried everything.....rebooting and trying again but same is happening over and over. I called Sky help same day and they've told me they will need to send me new TV puck becuse one I have is set up on different account. As of today, Tuesday 07/01, I didn't recieve anything except email from them that they will activate my TV stream subscription from 11th of January if I don't do it myself. 

 

Does anyone maybe know should I wait for new TV puck, give them few more days, or is there something else I can do? Wanted to have my TV for Christmas break and now I'm struggling to get it running. Just to note Sky GO is working fine if that helps.

I'd suggest giving Sky a call again as it sounds like they didn't actually process the order for the replacement puck.
