Us open streams not avaliable by pressing part

Just started today. Am watching the US Open and it says for court choice to press the button with the multi coloured dots on it but then I do all I get is football options in the pop-up menu on the right. Same issue on the linear tennis channel

Should add that to get to a different court option I have to exit and go back to the homepage and go to the sports option and go from there since nothing works when pressing that button with the colours on it like it says to when watching a match. 

It's only started today and was fine the other days

@ADP1   Hi, have you tried channel 408 the Sky Tennis channel.  The three coloured button should give you all the match choices, I have just tried it on mine and works fine.
