@Sean19742023 You are not addressing Sky on this forum as we are customers like yourself so you will need to phone Sky. You will not be able to do this online as you already have an account which will need to be cancelled when you move to Stream. Sky will allow the upgrade but you will be required to sign a new 18 month contract.
Make sure you do your research before making the move to Stream. There are far less channels available (see link HERE) and you cannot record programmes, only stream them. You also need a fast AND stable broadband signal or you will have problems.
The minimum recommended speeds at the puck are:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
