Under Saltmarsh

We have watched three episodes. 15 mins from end of fourth and the sound has disappeared. Then the sound returned and screen went white. Then message said technical difficulties try again later. Tried later, same thing. Any ideas?

Hi @Barn1e and welcome to the forum.

 

It could just be a minor software glitch so try the standard restart of the puck to see if it helps.

 

This can be done by going into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > restart device.  It a about 3 minutes and you will have a blank screen for a while until the Sky logo appears.

 

Hopefully that will resolve it but if not post back again.  FYI a restart is the best thing to try at the first sign of any issue as more often than not it will fix the problem.

What device do you have the Sky Go app installed on ?

I ended up waiting a day to try to fix it. Tried it again first and it plays from where it previously froze. No ides why.
