Unable to watch TV on my PUC

Message saying no WiFi connection and app says there is an issue with the PUC connection

@Woodg73 Not sure but does the PUK allow an Ethernet connection between the Hub and the Puk if so another way off seeing what is going on for your streaming!

Not sure what you have tried to resolve the issue.

 

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box first;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

Then, if still not connecting, try a restart of your broadband router.
