Netflix through Sky Q
interested to know if people are having the same problem. The quality of Netflix seems to be very bad going through the sky box I mean the bit rate is so low it makes faces unrecognizable, sometimes even though the download rate is 70Mps .
Is this a SKY issue?

Re: Netflix through Sky Q
@toby74 I have recently seen other people complaining about the poor quality of Netflix programmes on Sky Glass and Stream (I don't know about Sky Q).
You could try rebooting your puck to see if it helps. I haven't experienced this myself but other than going to the Netflix app and selecting Get Help and reloading netflix I don't know what else to suggest.
Edit - As you will see from this thread Sky are aware of the issue.
