Unable to use Netflix
Unable to link existing BASIC PLAN netflix account to sky stream. BASIC PLAN is without ads and it is discontinued for new customers. Although i am still on this plan and i would like to link this to my sky stream.
I have called sky customer service several times still no solution.

Guessing here, but perhaps because Sky now only support Netflix Standard and Premium plans?

Yes, i assume but they should make that clear.
Their communication is misleading.

In a way it is clear as they are the tiers mentioned in the Sky documentation regarding Netflix.
