Hi
I subscribed to Sky Stream in January, with Sky Cinema and am trying to register for included Paramount+, but get error MYSKY_2998. I've updated the apps and I've not had a previous Sky subscription. How do I resolve this issue?

When I try to access Sky Shop, I unfortunately get error MYSKY_1998.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@duncanda59 if you haven't already try u unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes and see if it gets rid of that error.

I've tried switchig off the puck. Unfortunately still the same errors.

Thanks for all your advice.
I started a chat with the Sky Expert and it's a known issue. However before anything was done, the Mysky/Sky Shop route now works and I registered for Paramount+ through this route and now have access to Paramount+. Strange.
