Unable to sky stream for more than 2 mins before it crashes
We are unable to get the TV to stay on before it crashes with a "waiting for programmes to load" message. We have done the off and on again, checked internet etc. (69mbs). Netflix speed is 21mbps. The puc has been awful and we've put up with having to keep resetting it for over a year but now doesn't function with any reliability.

Re: Unable to sky stream for more than 2 mins before it crashes
Hi @10aemx5
If your netflix is showing as 21Mbps this is below the required speed. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have multiple Sky streaming devices.
You could tri repositioning your puck, or using ethernet or homeplugs (and turn WiFi off in the settings) and you may have a better experience.

Re: Unable to sky stream for more than 2 mins before it crashes
Thanks, We've not had problems for the last 4 months with the speed. We cannot hard wire it as the router is miles from the puck, but the house is open plan. We only have one puck.
Why would the puck be 21mbps when the speed test is 69mbps?

That would be your Wifi network. 69 mpbs would be the speed to your router, but that has to be carried over your WiFi network, so that speed with diminish based on factors like, the number of devices actively on your Wifi network and also Wifi interference which can be caused by numerous local factors.
You could try powerline adapters as a way of connecting the pucks via an ethernet cable.
