Stream puck not working

We joined Sky yesterday as new customer. Plugged in the puck and managed to set up 2 on demand channels last night. Tonight the puck is unresponsive. It's taken an hour to try to watch something, anything! Done all the stuff recommended.

Seriously unimpressed with this! 

What next? Guess I'll have to contact Sky and tell them that their stuff doesn't work as promised.
