Sky puck

Hi my sky puck isn't working still isn't connecting to internet and also on bit assistant it says I have no active subscription as well I made a complaint and received no reply how do I cancel my order and return?

You need to call Sky directly I'm afraid to see what is going on or to cancel @Sabrinaelton28
