Unable to link account to stream puck

When it takes us to the activate account on thr stream puck were hit with a " this page is restricted" banner. How do I go about signing in?

Make sure you are  signed into your MySky account at  https://www.sky.com/mysky  You must be signed in before entering your activation code.

 

During the setup you must make sure you are using the same email that is registered on your account. 

 

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
