Unable to connect to sky
I have sky stream. Cannot connect. Message says connect to broadband. Everything is connected. My internet is working. What else can I do? I have unplugged and connected again

Has your puck been connected before or is this a new setup of a puck?
You could try temporarily connecting up an ethernet cable direct to the router, once that has connected, try adding the wifi again or do a network reset in settings and try adding to your wifi again.

Also worth rebooting your router if the other suggestions don't work
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.
