Unable to activate Discovery Plus

I have been trying to activate Discovery Plus for 2 days now. 

I have tried using the Sky App on my phone and get told "Something went wrong", I then try through the TV and scan the QR code to link to my sky but I get a warning "We can't do that at the moment". 

Then I get a text message saying "Activate your Discovery + - if it isn't activated it may be cancelled!" 

What am I missing?!?!

Hi @Katie284  Discovery + recently updated their App which requires you to sign in again.  When I tried through my mobile App it wouldn't work so I tried the other option on the TV screen which was to access their website and manually enter the code number provided on screen.  This worked the first time I tried it.  Details will be on the TV screen when you go to use the Sky App.

Open the  home page on the puck scroll down to my open that go to subscriptions and make sure it says activated on there
