UHD option when Main Event UHD programmes move

I've noticed a massive inconsistency with the ability to watch programmes in UHD once they leave main event. Sometimes, like with the hundred, when the game leaves main event you get an option to watch the programme in UHD pop up on Sky Cricket H. Yet today, with the England Australia game, the programme has left Main Event (where it was in UHD) and there is no option to watch in UHD on Sky Sp Cricket. 

Given the game had been shown in UHD for 2hrs prior to leaving main event, I really cannot understand why/how there's no option to watch the game in UHD after it has left. Find it completely baffling and pretty poor when you pay extra for UHD.

I complained to 'All viewer relations" at SKY and their response was disturbing:-

"This specific cricket match would have been a upscaled broadcast on the UHD channel but was not broadcast in UHD this day the 29th September."

So if that's correct, even though the ident shows UHD, it appears it 'could' be only HD upscaled.
