Two remotes not working

Have you removed the paper from the battery compartments on the remotes? Have you checked the batteries are correctly installed?

@Cas13  Can you clarify please.  Your heading says remotes not working but your message says boxes not working.  Also when you say "boxes" do you mean the pucks?  Thanks.
