Hi I keep losing my internet while am watching my tv the film or program just stops and disappears

Can you provide more information. What do you mean by keep loosing internet? Is it your internet that is dropping? Or is it your puck (but other device remain working?). Also assuming your ISP is Sky Broadband?

 

Please provide as much information as possible and the community will do it's best to assist. Remember we are fellow subscribers and have no information about your setup unless you tell us.
