Just cancelled my TV contract. Sky has sent me an email stating that I will receive a prepaid label

I want to return my streaming Puck after cancelling the contract. Sky sent an email that I will receive a prepaid label to return the item and I have not received any prepaid label as stated.

@Chisom1  You don't mention when you cancelled but they will only send you the returns packaging and labels after your notice period has expired in case you change your mind.   From memory mine took about 6-8 weeks when I had to return my Sky Q equipment.

Make sure you obtain proof of postage and keep it for a good few months in case there are any complications.  I kept mine for about 6 months as a few years ago they contacted me after about 3 months to say they hadn't received the return.  As I had the proof of posting  this issue was quickly sorted out.
