It was bbc1, we've just joined from virgin so it's early days. Seems to go when exit channel and revisit.

We've just joined from  Virgin so it's early days. Corrects itself when change channel. It was bbc1

@Rach522  You have't said which TV service you have, it's certainly not a broadband related issue.

 

Presume you have Sky stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
