Tv signal is pixilated and can freezes

@DOM101  What TV service do you subscribe to as Broadband would not affect Sky Q or Sky+HD live channels.

On your puck open the Netflix app, go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is the puck getting?

This is normally a bandwidth/broadband speed issue. Run a speed test via the Netflix app and you'll see what you're getting at the puck. Sky recommend a minimum of 25mbps for HD and 35mbps for UHD. If you're off close to this, you'll have issues.

Realistically that's unlikely to be adequate for reliable Stream puck use.
