Enough is Enough - I am leaving
That's it. Yet again watching a program, forwarding, not through adverts, it goes back to the start. Adverts again NO NO NO.

Your only telling other customers as this is a customer helps customer community. We will be happy to help but you need to provide much more information. What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? What was the program? Was it Sky content or an app? Who is your ISP and what speeds do you get?
I certainly haven't experienced this issue on any of my 4 pucks or my Glass, but there have been some reports on the forum.

Re: Enough is Enough - I am leaving
The best help would be how to cancel quickly. This is a hardware/software issue with the stream/puck, it has been like this for many months now. Sky, as a commercial organisation, is all about the persuit of revenue, so customers will best help other customers though leaving, as that will concentrate coprorate minds on improving the quality of the service. Putting up with bad service, or finding work arounds, just perpetuates poor service.

Re: Enough is Enough - I am leaving
Totally agree same reasons I left. I am also not paying premium prices for ads in on demand content every other platform can provide an ad free option for on demand content but we are already paying a premium and on the demand is full of ads not very premium. Now TV is actually a better quality service. Stream could be the winner here if they improved the quality of service.
sky showcase across Europe recently introduced an ad free option but the UK no such luck. Also the paid for service ad skip is fairly dreadful for a paid service it was easier and free to fast forward a VHS tape then it is sky stream.
