Can you give a little more detail please, as we are all members of the community, and don't work for Sky,
Is this a brand new Stream box just delivered, and does the status on My Sky indicate delivered? As it's happened a few times that the box arrives before you have notification from Sky that the box has been dispatched,
The subscription is only activated once Sky confirms dispatch of the item,
It may not be related to your problem, that's why I ask for more information, and hopefully someone will be able to give your more help,
