Hi @Bazza061,
I experienced this issue too - it was driving me mad! I managed to fix the pixelation issue by doing a recovery process on the puck.
To perform the recovery process, you need to:
1. switch off the Sky Stream puck at the mains (or just take the power cable out of the back of the puck),
2. wait a few seconds, then press and hold the Standby button on the bottom of the puck, and switch the power back on at the mains while keeping your finger on the button until the LED lights flash different colours.
3. After releasing the button, you now just wait while the puck completes the recovery process, which may take up to 60 minutes.
4. Once the recovery process is complete, you need to switch the puck back on and follow the on-screen steps to set it up.
This fixed the issue for me, but if the problem persists you may need to repeat the process or seek further assistance from Sky support.

Re: Tv is pixelating
@Bazza061 Sounds like an internet related error. Have you tried restarting the puck and router?

Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet? Have you checked the speed the puck is receiving?

Re: Tv is pixelating
@Bazza061 Is WiFi turned off in the Settings? Also worth setting Network Standby Mode to On.
If WiFi isn't turned off it can cause connection issues.
